Meet Daisy whom I have been in love with since the day she was born in 2005. Words just do not express how I feel about this gal. I kept kicking my butt for not buying Teasel back in 2004, who was in foal with Daisy at the time. But as luck should have it she is now coming down under.
Daisy's dam is Teasel and her sire is a Connors bred stallion, who are well known for their impressive horses, such as Tom Biker Connors, Peggy and Mr. Biker Connors from N'Co in the US now. Teasel is a daughter of the famous Teddy Mare now residing at Blarney Stone and her sire is Robert Watson's old horse aka Lad by The Original Road Sweeper. Daisy is now 5 and nearly on 15 hh and is so, so sweet. Ever since Daisy was born and I watched her grow into a beautiful mare and now five years on I finally get to watch her have beautiful babies in my back yard. There is something to be said for wishful thinking! Once again thank you to Maggi for this awesome mare!
